What we collect

Assessment answers, the contact details you enter, and standard usage events tied to a random session id. Booking details when you book a first fix. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

What we do with it

Produce your report, deliver what you asked for, and follow up about your results if you consented. Report analysis is generated by sending your answers and scores to Anthropic's Claude API. That's the list.

Discovery engagements

The audit reads public review pages and, with your permission, your own systems (for ask-loop evidence). We never contact your customers or reviewers, and nothing identifying about them enters our deliverables.

What we never do

Sell your information, share it with brokers, or add you to third-party lists.

If you give a number and check the consent box we may text about your results. Consent isn't required for the report. STOP ends it.
